1. Prices

The prices shown are based on economic conditions at the time of the catalogue's publication (12/02/2002) and may fluctuate. We reserve the right to raise or lower prices within the legal limits permitted by Article 19 of law of 13/07/1992.

2. Reservations

Reservations should be sent directly to our Bangkok office by electronic mail or fax. To ensure the best possible service, please clearly indicate hotel names and reference numbers, arrival and departure dates, flight number, the number of passengers, the type of room, and any other special requirements (food, etc.).

3. Confirmation

We will confirm your reservations by fax or e-mail.

4. Cancellation

By the organizer

As some of our programs require a minimum number of participants, the Travel Team Co. reserves the right to cancel any tour program due to an insufficient number of participants. In such cases, no compensation shall be paid to the customer.

By the customer

If notice of the cancellation is given 15 days prior to the scheduled start of the program, the customer shall not be required to pay a penalty.
If the cancellation is made after this period (15 days prior to the scheduled starting date), the customer shall be assessed a cancellation fee calculated on the basis of one night's accommodation per participant plus 15% of the cost of other services included in the program (visits, excursions), or 15% of the total cost of the tour package if accommodation is included.
If the cancellation, whether full or partial, occurs after the scheduled starting date, the cancellation fee shall be equal to 100% of the total cost of services. No partial refunds shall be made.

5. Services

The services included in each of our programs are clearly indicated in the catalogue.

6. Payment

Once the reservation has been confirmed, the customer is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the program. The remaining 70% must be paid not later than 14 days before the customer's arrival date. Payments should be made by wire transfer into one of the Travel Team Co.'s bank accounts. Failure to meet the payment deadlines shall result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, and the customer shall be entitled to no compensation.

7. Voucher

Once total payment has been received, a voucher and a copy of the planned itinerary with the participants' names shall be sent to the travel agency.

8. Refunds

Once the program has begun, no refunds, either partial or full, shall be made, regardless of whether services have been rendered. The program shall be considered as having begun on the scheduled starting date.

In cases where the customer is entitled to a refund (see the cancellation terms above) and payment has already been made, the Travel Team Co. shall offer the customer one of the following two refund options:
An immediate refund (minus any cancellation penalties) by bank transfer, the cost of the transfer to be paid by the customer.
A credit voucher for a future program.

9. Liability

As an intermediary between hotels, transport companies and other services, the Travel Team Co. cannot be held responsible for any loss, accident, program changes or other problems beyond our control. If unforeseen circumstances require that the scheduled program be changed in any way, we will make every effort to offer our customers other services of an equal quality.

10. Insurance

All our travel packages include an insurance contract (Newhamshire (?) A.I.A.) as required by Thai law.
